The purpose of thi s thesis is to discu," and analy!.c the application (11' Geogra phica l Inforrmti on Systems (GIS ) in emergenL'y planning, with a specifiC interest on amhulance se rvices that are commonl y known in Saudi Arabia as Saudi Red Crescent Society Ccnters (SRCSCs) , For thi s purpose, the existing service proviSion VIcrc n;Hnlned hy classifying the incidents locati ons for the mOlllh of Rajah in the yea r 1421 , and then evaluating the existing L'e lllers catc hmcnt areas The fnllll\ving analytical tool was to compare the inCidents clas sificati on with thc previous me ntioned evaluali on, The present research has proved that there IS a deficiency in the spatial provision of SRCSC:, in Jcddalt cily in four ca legorics, populariun within service llmir, hllilding number, and units numbL' r, Accordingly, a particular study area was sekcted in the Cit y of Jcddah.
